Transa does not guarantee the performance of independent service providers listed on the platform. Customers should review the provider’s offer, service scope, commercial terms, documentation, and other relevant information before confirming a service.
However, *Preferred Members* undergo an enhanced verification process by Transa, which may include a review of company documents, business history, operational capabilities, facilities, insurance coverage, and other qualification criteria.
Preferred Member status helps customers identify providers that have undergone additional verification and assessment by Transa. However, it does not constitute a guarantee of future performance, service quality, or contractual obligations.

Verification means that Transa has completed certain checks based on the information or documentation provided by the business.
Verification does not constitute a guarantee, certification, endorsement, or warranty of a company’s financial standing, service quality, legal compliance, or future performance.

Transactions & Payments
Unless a specific payment service is expressly introduced by Transa, payments for logistics services are arranged directly between the customer and the selected service provider.
The customer and service provider are responsible for agreeing directly on rates, payment terms, service conditions, documentation, and other commercial terms.
Transa is not a party to that agreement unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
The customer and service provider should first attempt to resolve the matter directly.
Transa is not an arbitrator, claims handler, debt collector, or party to transactions between independent users.
Where appropriate and legally permitted, Transa may provide available Platform records or cooperate with competent authorities.
